The holidays can make some parents quite nuts since there’s so much to do and so little time to do it! Shopping, cooking, cleaning, wrapping and that’s just a start… To get through these times parents tend to race through each day on full speed, zooming by their kids on their way to doing this or that and many times they forget to slow down and really enjoy these times with their family.

Doing some stress relief activities can really help like taking deep breaths; sitting quietly for a few minutes each day; listening to your favorite tunes; taking a hot shower or long bath; enjoying a cookie with your child; taking a walk or playing with the dog.
